You volunteer at St. Mungos and are well respected for your services. One day you're called into your senior healers office and are told to add a new patient onto your regular list. It's Draco Malfoy. Apparently he's been in some sort of accident that's left him at St. Mungos due to his condition requiring around the clock help in order to keep him stable.
