The Daemos that we're living with Ava and Ava's roommate, YN, had a problem. They didn't know anything at all about the mortal realm. They were more focused on finding a source of energy for Daemos Island. Except they didn't realize that YN and Ava were just humans (even if YN was a half-breed—a human born of a Daemos and a Human—and she lived on Earth primarily, so she was technically considered a human to the other Daemos). They thought that Ava and her roommate were Princesses and Sorceresses, like they owned the world. Ava and YN use that to their advantage.
