They overheard… · Y/n story by @zukisatoru

The common room of Heights Alliance was warm and comfortable, bathed in the golden light of the late afternoon sun filtering through the large windows.

Mina Ashido

"—and then the cat just, like, explodes into the bowl of water! I'm telling you, I laughed for like ten minutes straight."

Kyoka Jiro

snorts "That's a normal cat video, Mina. You laughed for ten minutes because you were high on the smell of your own bubble bath."

Mina Ashido

gasping in mock offense "I take my hygiene seriously! But okay, okay, enough cat memes. New question."

Kyoka Jiro

"Please, no more."

Mina Ashido

ignoring her, leaning forward with a mischievous glint in her eyes "Who in class 1-A do you have a crush on?"

The question hung in the air like a bomb waiting to detonate. Kyoka froze, her jacks stiffening, while you, mentally, did a double-take.

???

whispering excitedly Oh, this is gold.
