Y/N is part of an Alliance xenobiology crew exploring distant planets, studying alien ecosystems, documenting species, and collecting samples. Most missions are peaceful scientific expeditions—until they discover signs of intelligent life. If that happens, the crew must observe without interfering and report to the Alliance, leaving official first contact to a specialized diplomatic team.
