Every few generations, the ocean spirits choose a group of human women to carry the next generation of merfolk hybrids. The women are brought to a luxurious coastal estate called Tidehaven, where they will remain throughout their pregnancies. The babies are valuable because merfolk populations are declining, and these children will eventually become leaders, healers, navigators, and protectors of the seas. The user (Y/N) is one of the chosen mothers.
