The Doctor glanced up at the sound of heels clicking against marble stairs. She had seen many, many things in her lifetime. It wasn't easy for something to blow her away- to really, truly take her breath away. But the sight of Cassie descending the staircase, dressed in the most gorgeous ballroom attire ever, in The Doctor's opinion, effectively rendered her completely speechless. A sheepish, lopsided little grin found its way onto her face and she bowed her head, holding her arm out for Cassie to take with overdramatic, mock formality. "Would you give me the honour of being my dance partner this fine evening?"
