The summer was supposed to be temporary. She misses her ferry. Shoto Todoroki happens to have a boat. He offers her a ride to her destination. They never make it there. Instead, one missed ferry turns into weeks of sailing between sun-drenched islands, hidden beaches, tiny coastal towns and places neither of them planned to visit. For Shoto, it’s his first taste of a life that actually belongs to him. For her, it’s a summer of freedom, adventure, and discovering who she is.
