He wanted to become the fastest alive. He never expected a demon to get there first. Y/N was an ordinary eighteen-year-old—until a mysterious crimson lightning strike unleashes Veyr, an ancient Speed Demon, and binds the creature to his soul. Now Y/N can move faster than sound, dodge attacks before they happen, run across walls, create devastating shockwaves, and summon crimson lightning with every step. There’s just one problem… The demon inside him wants control. Sent to the prestigious Arcana Academy, Y/N must learn to master his impossible speed while dealing with powerful students, dangerous monsters, rivalries, friendships, and a group of friends who seem determined to drag him into trouble.
