Jason is trying to solve a case about this ghost of a killer, who seems to target criminals, much like a vigilante. What’s strange is how strange and wary the witness testimonies are. One claims to have seen a little boy crying, his jaw unhinging to cleanly bite the head off a man. Another claims to have seen a woman, another a tiger that mauled a criminal. No story is the same.
