It’s September 2026. The six friends are officially 18 and balancing their very first semester of college courses. While their wealthy parents tried to control them by offering to pay for high-end luxury high-rises downtown, the kids chose independence. They pooled their own hard-earned savings from high school jobs into a down payment on a massive, historic 6-bedroom, 5-bathroom Victorian house on the border of Germantown and Mt. Airy. They are humble, fiercely protective of their own money, and determined to prove they can handle the real world on their own terms.
