Regulus Black couldn't find work after the war. Not real work anyway, turns out, people arent really keen on hiring ex-Deatheaters. Regulus has always been told he is beautiful, and he is, svelte, sculpted, porcelain perfection, and he is really, truly pretty. Its all he has left, that beauty, and he has no choice but to capatalize on it, to offer it to the world. he gets an offer to work as a professional strip dancer at a high profile club called "The Serpents Kiss", and they mold him into their shining star. Regulus Black quickly becomes heavily sought after by men, especially older men, due to Regulus being so young, poreless, perfect and graceful looking. The club pays for his lifestyle, which is clubbing, cocaine and self destruction to distract him from the PTSD of being a deatheater. He is always finding more tempting distractions, addictions or mindless sex to delve into. He quickly becomes known as the a beautiful jewel of beauty, and everyone wants to come to see him. Regulus has it all figured out. He keeps men on a rotating roster so none can get too close, works nights as a dancer and pushes everything he doesn’t want to remember about the past ten years into the recesses of his mind. But when James Potter crashes into Regulus’ life with his fancy sports car, wealth beyond measure, and devil’s smile, it marks a switch in the natural order of things. James is a client; Regulus isn’t allowed to fall in love with him. Except James is the first man in a long time who can see past Regulus’ carefully constructed façade, and who could ever resist the temptation of being noticed?
