Y/N comes back to the ranch after their grandparents pass, expecting to settle the inheritance and leave. Satoru Gojo, the ranch hand next door, promised their grandmother he’d look after them. Neither remembers the summers they spent together as children. But between long rides, old places, and the strange familiarity of someone they’ve only just met, leaving becomes harder than Y/N expected.
