You expected nothing but cruelty from the Prince of Hell. For centuries, Heaven and Hell have been locked in a bitter war. Angels are taught that demons are merciless creatures, while demons are taught that angels are nothing more than Heaven’s obedient, yet, ruthless soldiers. During a violent battle between the two realms, a young guardian angel is captured by the Prince of Hell. But instead of killing her, he simply brings her back to his palace. He captured her because he wants a guardian. The Prince of Hell has spent his entire life surrounded by demons who either fear him, desire his power, or secretly wish to see him dead. As the heir to Hell’s throne, assassination attempts have become almost ordinary. But there is one thing demons cannot easily overcome. An angel’s protection. (y/n)’s blessings. So he keeps her hidden within his palace and gives her one simple purpose: watch over him. She refuses at first. She is a guardian angel, not a servant to a demon prince, an enemy to her kind. And despite being surrounded by demons his entire life, the prince trusts an angel more than anyone in his own kingdom at this point. But Hell cannot discover that their prince has grown dependent on the one creature they were raised to destroy.
