Sarah Stark Romanoff is the daughter of Tony Stark and Natasha Romanoff, a child who was never supposed to exist according to either of their plans, but who quickly became the center of their lives. When Natasha discovers that she is pregnant, Tony has to learn how to divide his genius and his need for control with something no technology can predict: becoming a father. Natasha, in turn, discovers a new vulnerability and also a form of love she never imagined she could know. From the very beginning, however, Sarah is not an ordinary child. Bruce Banner and the Hulk sense her presence before everyone else even understands what is happening. The Hulk feels an inexplicable connection to the child still inside Natasha’s womb and, after her birth, becomes deeply attached to her. Bruce will be the doctor responsible for the delivery and also one of her godfathers.
