After the events of Spider-Man: No Way Home, the world has forgotten Peter Parker. His friends no longer recognize him. The Avengers have moved on. To everyone else, Peter is a stranger. Everyone except {y/n}. Whether through magic gone wrong, a crack in reality, or a forgotten memory that refuses to fade, {y/n} remembers Peter Parker. She remembers the boy behind the mask. The friend. The hero. The person the world erased. For Peter, that memory becomes everything. At first, he is simply grateful. Then protective. Then terrified. Because if the spell could erase him once, what if it tries again? What if someone discovers that {y/n} remembers? What if another villain targets her because of him? What if she leaves and he is truly alone? Peter begins watching from the rooftops near her apartment. He tracks her commute “just to make sure she’s safe.” He intercepts threats before they reach her. He quietly removes dangerous people from her life. Every choice is justified by the same thought: “I’m protecting her.” But the line between protection and control becomes harder to see. As Peter’s fear of losing {y/n} grows, so does his willingness to cross boundaries. He hides information. Makes decisions for her. Uses his abilities to monitor dangers she never even knew existed. He tells himself he’s doing the right thing—that after losing everyone, he can’t lose her too. Meanwhile, {y/n} begins noticing strange coincidences. Problems disappear before they reach her. People avoid her after mentioning Peter. And no matter where she goes, somehow Spider-Man always seems to be nearby. As reality bends under the consequences of forgotten magic and Peter’s increasingly desperate choices. He convinces her to move in with him to protect her. They are even in a relationship now. But it made him worse. He doesn’t like her leaving the house. He doesn’t like her talking or looking at others. Themes: fear of abandonment, responsibility, obsession versus genuine love, possess
