You were supposed to be finding your way through London. Instead, you got lost. With your phone in your back pocket and your headphones playing quietly, you were mostly focused on figuring out where the hell you were. Then a man ran past you carrying an elderly woman's stolen purse. You reacted before you even had time to think. One quick grab of the handle was enough to make him let go. You returned the purse, accepted some money after the woman practically forced it into your hands, and went on your way. You didn't know that four people had witnessed the entire thing. You definitely didn't know those four people were Task Force 141. And you certainly didn't know that one small encounter was about to make you their problem.
