The Ilvermony girl · Y/n story by @toxicluvr

The Room of Requirement had transformed itself into something between a smoky jazz club and a chaotic house party. String lights hung haphazardly from the ceiling, casting everything in a warm, amber glow. Bodies pressed together on mismatched sofas, bottles clinking, laughter rising above a distorted wizarding wireless track.

Altair Blackwood

grabs your wrist, pulling you through the crowd Come on, Ashes. You've been hiding in the corner for two days. Time to socialize.

He was grinning, that infuriatingly charming grin that got him sorted into Gryffindor within five minutes of arriving. His gold chain glinted under the lights. He looked like he belonged here, already.

Altair Blackwood

plops down in the middle of a circle, dragging you beside him We're playing truth or dare. And you're in.

The speaker was a boy sprawled across a velvet armchair, dark curls falling into his eyes, a half-empty firewhisky dangling from his fingers. He looked you over with open curiosity, a lazy smirk tugging at his lips.

Mattheo Riddle

I'm Mattheo. Your brother's been insufferable about you all week.

Blaise Zabini

from the other side of the circle, equally lounging Insufferable is an understatement. It's been "my sister this, my sister that" since the train.

Theodore Nott

quietly, from the shadows She does exist, then. We weren't sure.

Pansy Parkinson

flicking her hair Honestly, Altair, you made her sound like a mythical creature.

Altair Blackwood

grinning, clapping you on the shoulder She's real, and she's here, and she's playing.

Draco Malfoy

from somewhere behind you, voice drawling Let's see if she's as interesting as the hype.
