Twelve college students. Six bedrooms. One house. And one rule everyone is destined to break: don’t hook up with your housemates. When a housing disaster forces twelve very different students to spend the year together at Hawthorne House, old friends, childhood crushes, exes, rivals, and complete strangers suddenly have nowhere to hide from each other. Between packed college parties, late-night kitchen conversations, stolen clothes, jealousy, drunken mistakes, new friendships, old feelings, and enough sexual tension to make the thin walls genuinely concerning, boundaries start disappearing fast. What begins as twelve people simply trying to survive the lease slowly becomes something none of them expected—a family. But at Hawthorne, everyone knows everything. And when friendships start becoming something more, old feelings resurface, and bedroom doors begin opening at suspicious hours, there's only one question left: Who breaks the Hawthorne Rule first?
