Luckily for all 4 of them, they have commlinks which connect them to the Rebel Alliance generals (Luke, Leia, and Han) and others (C3-PO, BB8, R2-D2). Unfortunately for these 4, the force-sensitive First Order members already figured out they were on the ship from their force signatures and are hunting them down.
