Y/n was taken by hydra in 1944, a year after Bucky was rescued and a year before he was taken again. Y/n can control the water and wind elements. Hydra and red room would take turns with having her as one of their assets. Hydra called her the element soldier and red room called her the blue widow (blue for her water powers).
