Elara wakes up trapped inside a tiny glass enclosure in a secluded laboratory, unable to stand, stretch, or escape. On the other side of the glass is Dr. Adrian Voss, a brilliant scientist who has chosen her as the subject of his latest experiment. He watches her every movement, records every reaction, and refuses to explain why she was chosen. As Elara desperately tries to understand what is happening, she begins discovering that Adrian knows far more about her than he should. To him, she’s a scientific subject. To Elara, he’s her captor. And she has no idea how long he intends to keep her.
