Y/N took him to the HYDRA base and kept him alive, they built a metal arm for him and began the memory wipes so their boss could control him. Y/N created ‘the winter soldier’. It’s now 70 years after they took him. It’s a month before the avengers became a team. We are sent on a mission to kill Loki, a god, to retrieve the tesseract, iridium and the sceptre from him.
