Beth Montague was supposed to marry Nicholas De Vil—until her disappearance changes everything. Now Y/N, her outspoken and stubborn sister, is forced into the marriage that was meant for Beth. She never trusted Nicholas, and she certainly doesn’t believe the story surrounding her sister’s disappearance. Forced to live beside the man she suspects knows more than he’s saying, Y/N is determined to uncover the truth. But Nicholas has secrets of his own—and the closer they become, the harder it becomes to tell where suspicion ends and something far more complicated begins. A Y/N adaptation inspired by Tracie Delaney’s The Devil’s Torment, with an alternate storyline where Beth’s disappearance sets everything in motion.
