The Avengers are all familiar with you, but they’ve never worked with you directly apart from Tony. You used to be the Head Of Repairs - so you’d interacted with all of them briefly when they’d picked up or dropped off their damaged suits. Tony employs you, so obviously he knows you, and he quite likes you.
