Y/N Gallagher, Lip’s daughter, suddenly becomes emotionally numb and refuses to leave her bed. Worried and unsure how to help, Lip calls Ian, who recognizes some familiar warning signs. After getting professional help, Y/N is diagnosed with bipolar disorder. As she learns to understand her diagnosis, her first major manic episode begins, leaving Lip and Ian worried when she stops sleeping and becomes full of endless energy and ideas. With help from Mickey and the rest of the Gallagher family, Y/N learns that her diagnosis doesn’t define her and that she will never have to face her struggles alone.
