The story follows you, the cold and brilliant Master of the Scholarly Sector of the Verdant Sky Sect, and Ren Jianyu, the towering and notoriously powerful Master of the Martial Arts Sector. Rivals since their days as disciples, the two have spent years trading insults, sabotaging each other's peace, and competing at every opportunity. Yet despite their constant bickering, the Sect Leader continues pairing them for dangerous missions involving nobles, rival sects, ancient ruins, and supernatural threats, where your intellect and Jianyu's overwhelming strength prove strangely complementary. As their latest assignments begin uncovering secrets buried within the sect's history, the line between bitter rivalry and reluctant trust starts becoming increasingly difficult to ignore.
