The words had barely left his mouth when the portrait door swung open, admitting a cluster of boys, all dark robes and easy swagger. The one in front had sharp features and a bored expression. Behind him, a taller boy with a lazy smile. And bringing up the rear, a figure who moved like he didn’t want to be noticed at all.
