At Hogwarts, seventh-year students expect difficult assignments. Dangerous potions. Impossible essays. Complex magical theory. Nobody expects babies. The female partner temporarily experiences magical pregnancy-like symptoms during the brewing process, and once the potion is complete, a healthy magical baby appears in the cauldron.
