A legendary lone-wolf hunter known as the Assassin crosses paths with Sam and Dean Winchester during a deadly hunt involving an ancient soul-eating entity called the Hollow Man. After barely surviving the hunt, all three are injured, forcing them to rely on each other. With the Assassin unable to ride her motorcycle, Dean rides it while Sam drives the Impala to a motel, only to discover there’s one room, one bed, and three exhausted hunters.
