You know that feeling when you suddenly realise you have free will and can technically just do whatever you want? Yeah. That’s how you ended up walking into a mechanic shop at 10PM and talking to a complete stranger while he was working on his motorcycle. His name is Rhys Sterling. He’s charming, confident, annoyingly easy to talk to—and, apparently, interested in you. When he asks for your phone number, you say no. But when he asks if he can take you on a date instead, you agree. There’s just one catch: Rhys doesn’t get your number for free. Every successful date earns him ONE digit of your phone number. At the end of each date, he has to complete a ridiculous little test sheet about you and the time you spent together. Pass the test, and he gets another digit. Ten dates. Ten digits. And somewhere along the way, the challenge starts becoming a lot more than either of you expected.
