On the last day of summer, Brady and I are magically transported into the 1960s musical Wet Side Story after being wiped out by a massive wave. Our arrival accidentally disrupts the movie’s plot when the leads, Tanner and Lela, fall for us instead of each other. Realizing we will disappear if the story isn't fixed, I use my logic and modern perspective to encourage Lela's independence while helping Brady reunite the original couple. After we team up with the surfers and bikers to defeat a villain trying to destroy the beach, the movie’s timeline is restored. I return to the real world with a new sense of confidence, choosing to stay at the beach and follow my own path rather than the "sensible" future my aunt had planned for me.
