Summer 1985 was supposed to be easy: pick up your annoying little brother from science camp, enjoy the new Starcourt Mall, and have a normal summer for once. Instead, Dustin comes home with strange secrets and a mysterious Russian radio signal. People in Hawkins start acting strangely, and something dark begins moving beneath the town.
