Toby was there. He was human. And he was sent there because he was Mark's best friend, Invincible's best friend. The evil marks thought this was hilarious, but they wouldn't mess with the human. They knew better. Invincible was the strongest of all of them. Besides Mason. And they did not want to push his limits and see if he could be stronger than Mason. Human usually kept to himself.
