(this is based off the Brand new day one) Peter was trying to live his life without MJ and Ned, as they forgot about him (idk how) While in his little apartment he is figuring out his little neck thing and his web shooters and he has pills for his headaches. And has the little neck thing because he has to control something inside him that will turn him more powerful like the hulk and his eyes turn black if he doesn't control it. While fighting off scorpion, scorpion says something that makes Peter lose his kidneys even though he has that thing in his neck (he can't get it to work right) until Y/n pops up from somewhere and also have MULTIPLE powers.
