A new vigilante has appeared in South Park. No one knows where they came from or what they want — but their powers are unlike anything the town has seen before. Operating in the shadows, this anti-hero doesn’t play by anyone’s rules, taking out both criminals and heroes who get in their way. Now, both Coon & Friends and Freedom Pals are racing to recruit (or stop) them — but each group has a very different idea of what this mysterious figure should be.
