It’s 1964 rural Oklahoma, socs and greasers. The socs live on the better side of town, and the greasers live on the lower class side of town, their is this particular (gang) on the greaser side, Darry Curtis, Ponyboy Curtis and Sodapop Curtis, Darry’s the oldest Sodapop is the middle and Ponyboy is the youngest, Darry is the legal guardian of them ever since their parents died. Then theirs Johnny Cade, the quiet one, but quiet and too himself for a reason. Then theirs two bit, always brings home a good mood, he’s goofy and lightens up everyone’s day. And Steve Randal, he’s cocky but kind hearted. The socs and greasers hate each other, and always getting into fights. Everyone knew who everyone was, until y/n moved in on the socs side, y/n’s family had money and is rich. Y/n doesn’t know what socs and greasers are. She was from California, and she’s drop dead gorgeous, she’s 17 and smart and sweet, and too kind for the world. She’s got long black shiny hair, and hazel eyes, and so much freckles all over her face and her body, and she’s really gentle. When she moves in and unpacked all her things in her big upstairs bed room, she went for a walk across town, she walked everywhere, the socs side, then the greasers side, untill she stopped at the DX gas station and saw a couple of teenagers around her age, their was ponyboy, two bit, Steve, and Sodapop. Everyone looked at her curious, except for soda. When soda saw her he thought (boy ain’t she pretty). He saw her, like truly her. Soda is always sweet to girls and he’s very charming and kind, but even though y/n was a soc, they thought, soda pop saw something in her.
