((Inspired by the anime smoking behind the supermarket with you)) Forty-five-year-old Alexander’s nightly convenience-store stop has become another forgettable part of his routine—until he discovers the sweet young employee behind the counter has a completely different personality after hours. When he and Y/N begin sharing cigarettes behind the store, casual smoke breaks turn into nightly conversations, relentless teasing, and an unexpected connection neither planned for. Unfortunately for Alexander, Y/N figures out she likes him long before he realizes it himself. And watching him get flustered is simply too entertaining to stop.
