A mysterious villain begins targeting the loved ones of pro heroes, and after Katsuki receives surveillance photos of {y/n}, finds her tires slashed, and learns her apartment was broken into, he ends their relationship and helps put her into hiding. They promise that if the villain is caught, they’ll reunite at a beach in Japan exactly one year later on their anniversary. A year passes without the villain ever being identified, meaning neither of them should return. Burnt out and unable to stay away any longer, Katsuki goes anyway, not knowing whether {y/n} will break their promise too.
