The closer Y/N gets to Malibu, the further she drifts from her mother back in Boston. Convinced her daughter is becoming irresponsible and reckless, her mother suddenly arrives in Malibu at the worst possible moment—right after a devastating fight between Y/N and Asher. With old wounds reopening, family tensions exploding, and her heart on the line, Y/N must decide who she wants to be—and whether love is worth risking everything she’s ever known.
