The beautiful seaside kingdom of Verona Reef is home to two rival sea lion families: the brown-furred Montagues and the white-furred Capulets. For generations, the two families have been locked in a bitter feud. No one remembers exactly how the conflict began, but the hatred between them has become a part of everyday life. Sea lions from each family are taught from birth to distrust the other.
