Hope Quinn and Sweetpea were childhood best friends and sweethearts, growing up surrounded by the Southside Serpents—including Hope’s father, John. When Hope was twelve, her mother moved them to the Northside to escape that life, tearing her away from everyone and everything she loved. Years later, though Hope made new friends like Betty, Veronica and Archie, they never felt like family. Everything changes when the Serpents transfer to Riverdale High, and Hope comes face-to-face with Sweetpea and the people she never stopped missing while Betty and Kevin show them around the school.
