Lizzie is a Ravenclaw in Harry, Ron and Hermione’s year. This is in the time frame of the deathly hallows so Hermione, Ron and Harry are not with the order of the phoenix. It is now deathly hallows, death eaters are prominent , though the Order of the Phoenix is still fighting back. Lizzie has allegedly not done good things and tortured Ginny Weasley - this made the Order of the Phoenix hate me extra, cuz like all the members there know Ginny, Weasley.
