Billy and Jason discover ancient glowing Power Coins hidden in an abandoned underground vault. When they activate them, the coins react violently and open a mysterious energy portal, revealing they are alive and searching for “worthy” people. The coins then launch energy beams across the city, choosing different teens and bonding with them, marking them as the future Power Rangers. Each chosen person receives a unique color and mysterious powers they don’t yet understand. However, a final purple signal appears—but doesn’t choose anyone. Instead, it hovers and behaves differently, suggesting something unknown is connected to it. Meanwhile, a mysterious hooded figure with purple energy watches from the shadows. They seem aware of everything happening… and imply they will appear when the time is right. The team is forming—but the Purple Ranger is still missing… and hiding for a reason. 💜
