Physical: 100 – Season 1 is a South Korean Netflix reality competition series that premiered on January 24, 2023. The show brings together 100 contestants from a wide variety of athletic backgrounds—including Olympians, MMA fighters, wrestlers, bodybuilders, soldiers, firefighters, dancers, fitness influencers, and other elite competitors—to determine who possesses the most well-rounded physique. Contestants compete in increasingly difficult physical quests that test strength, endurance, agility, balance, power, teamwork, and mental toughness. Each round eliminates competitors until only one remains. The winner receives ₩300 million (300 million Korean won).
