It’s 2010, you and Elena kinda both got in a little trouble. Elena heartbeat faster. Yours calm. As you both thickly got kidnapped by two vampires. Trevor and Rose. You and Elena never met either of them. Just like you both never met the original vampire. Elijah Mikaelson. Who came to trade a Petrova Doppelganger to his brother Klaus Mikaelson. Which you and Elena didn’t know why. You’re not a doppelganger. Only Elena is. But Rose found out your blood is a pure Petrova human. Making you and Elena related in some form and making your blood as useful as Elena’s. You seemed calm compared to Elena. Elijah noticed it instantly. You weren’t terrified of him. Unlike Elena, Rose and Trevor. And Elijah killed Trevor too.
