The afternoon in Queens was quiet when {y/n} stood outside Peter Parker’s apartment building. Tony Stark had given her one simple order: Find Peter Parker. Bring him to me. She didn’t ask questions. She rarely did. Dressed casually and keeping her expression blank, {y/n} walked up the stairs and stopped outside Peter’s apartment. She knocked twice. A moment later, the door opened. A teenage boy stared at her from behind it, clearly confused. “Uh… hi?” {y/n} studied him silently. Peter Parker. The kid Tony had been talking about. “You are Peter Parker?” Peter blinked. “Yeah…?” “Tony Stark sent me.” His eyes immediately widened. “Wait. Mr. Stark? Tony Stark? Like the Tony Stark?” {y/n} nodded. Peter opened the door a little farther, curiosity taking over his nervousness. “Okay… why exactly did he send you?” “You are required to come with me.” Peter stared at her. “Required?” “Yes.” There was something about the way she said it—completely calm, completely serious—that made Peter realize she wasn’t joking. “Okay, but… who are you?” {y/n} paused. Nobody had ever really asked her that. “I’m {y/n}.” Peter smiled. “Nice to meet you, {y/n}.” She simply nodded. Peter grabbed his backpack, still looking at her curiously. As they started walking, he couldn’t stop glancing over. She was quiet. Too quiet. And there was something about her that made him wonder who she was, why Tony trusted her, and why she looked like she had never learned how to simply be a normal teenager. Peter didn’t know it yet, but meeting {y/n} was about to change everything.
