After years of marriage, Katsuki and {y/n} finally decide they’re ready for a child, only to struggle with infertility caused by the vasectomy Katsuki had at twenty-three and later reversed. With only a twenty-five percent chance of conceiving naturally, they schedule an appointment to discuss their options—but before they can leave, their doorbell rings. Sitting outside is an abandoned newborn boy with no identification and a single note tucked beside him: “Please take care of him.”
