Based off the live action One Piece season 2. Right after they defeated the king and got Chopper. They landed an island with a town since they were running out of supplies. It’s where Luffy meets Jovie. Jovie is a painter, and she has a ferret that is vicious. The ferret is named Bojo and the ferret can poison people with its bite but only if it wants to poison them. Anyway on the island there’s “cargo people” who just steal stuff from ships that are empty even for a second.
