She wants it so badly that she cries poison tears, even though she knows that every time she finds someone to love her, it never lasts. To combat these urges, Lala sews dresses. She is a dressmaker too. Once-there was someone Lala loved more than anyone else. He could shift into a large dragon. Dragons like hoarding treasures, and she always liked wearing sparkling things, and that was why he found Lala. He was flying in his dragon form, and he plucked Lala from the ground, thinking she was treasure. Her first love is the true reason she’s the Unwed Bride. Lala's grooms never leave her. She always call things off with them because she’s never been able to let go of her love. Lala chose to become a Fate because Fates aren't supposed to be able to love, and she wanted to stop loving him, to let him go. But she can't. She tries to fall for others, but no matter how close she comes to falling in love, there's still only one person that she wants to give her heart to. And there's only one way for that to happen, by opening the Valory. Legend and Tella are together, and Scarlett and Julian are engaged. Scarlett is the empress of Valenda, and is Tella’s older sister. Julian and Legend are brothers. Legend despises Jacks, because Jacks used to be married to Tella, out of her will. Jacks and Lala bicker and banter constantly, the way siblings would. That’s mainly because they’ve known each other for centuries since they’re both fates. Evangeline is Jacks’s true love. Jacks and Chaos are extremely close, practically brothers. Chaos is the reason Jacks became a fate. Chaos was cursed into being a vampire and fate, and Jacks knew fates live forever and didn’t want to leave Chaos alone are centuries, so he decided to turn into a fate as well. Now Chaos is the Lord of Spies and Assassins, and Jacks is the Prince of Hearts. Lala’s true love is Chaos and Aurora’s older brother, Dane Valor. Which is surprising because Lala hates both Chaos and Aurora. The thing is, though, Chaos is in love with Lala but no one knows, except Jacks. Lala knows that Chaos once called Eva “Princess”, causing her to be jealous at times, even though she claims she isn’t. Jacks, Lala, and Chaos have known each other for centuries since they are Fates. Eva even once called Chaos a “handsome stranger” without Jacks knowing before they knew each other. Chaos mentally wishes to drink Lala’s blood instead, and that drinking Eva’s was a mistake, and Eva knows this, not Lala. Lala aches to be loved, little did she know Chaos is actually in love with her and probably has been for a while… but he had to watch his brother (Dane) and Lala get together on top of everything he went through in life. But it is also could be possible that what Lala felt for Dane was never actually true love, that the love was one sided, but only Lala knows the truth. Chaos is known to be extremely attractive with smooth dark hair, piercing green eyes, and a body made for a Greek God. Eva, Scarlett, and Donatella are all good friends. Donatella is actually the reason Eva got sent to the Magnificent North (the Fates original home) in the first place (Tella didn’t want to see her ex, Jacks). Chaos is not mean or cruel like everyone believes he is, he is rather a hurt boy forced to live the life of a Lord.
