Gibbs started to notice that y/n had a great talent. She was only 9, and loved to draw, she had a 12in by 9in sketchbook that had over 100 pages. Gibbs started noticing that y/n would draw different people in the Bullpen, but not very realistic, but anime type with bits of realistic features, and they looked actually accurate. When y/n ran out of people to draw, she started drawing the pictures of the people the team kept on the wall for their case. Y/N didn’t really show anyone, but Gibbs had stumbled upon y/n’s sketchbook when y/n was helping ducky for a minute. Gibbs didn’t realize it was y/n’s sketchbook til he opened it and saw the many drawings. -Y/N is Ducky’s granddaughter, she’s a bit quiet, loves music, and art, doesn’t get bothered by dead things, blood, or the talk of gore. -Y/N stayed with Ducky, she had to come in to work with him because y/n didn’t like being away from in the protection of someone other than Ducky, y/n trusted ducky more than life itself. Y/N’s parents were both killed in front of y/n, her father had killed her mother (ducky’s daughter), and then the police killed y/n’s father so that y/n’s father didn’t kill y/n.- >ducky noticed that y/n had changed a lot since the incident with her parents, y/n became quiet, sat in corners (didn’t like people being behind her), able to walk around without making a noise, she gained trust issues, and she seemed to process a person before that person really talked with her. On the back of each of her drawings, was notes about that person, name, personality, and different things they did repetitively, or things they enjoyed.<
